A card for the holidays is a low-cost opportunity to remind patients about your dental clinic in a discreet way. But often, it is difficult to come up with a suitable idea, or you don’t know who should produce the card. We would like to give you some support with this.
1. The right texts
In the Christian environment, the holiday greetings refer to Christmas and New Year, which is why a Merry Christmas greeting is used in many western countries. Today, we live together with many cultures and should be considerate of all religions and customs. Therefore, it is perhaps advisable to send neutral Season’s greetings. We have prepared a few possibilities below:
For clients, partners and other business relations
- It’s been a pleasure to make you smile this year, Happy Holidays
- Happy Holidays and all the best to you in the year to come
- Our warmest wishes for a Happy Holiday season
- Best wishes for the holidays and the new year
For those who like to keep it short and simple
- Happy Holidays
- Enjoy the holidays
- Season’s Greetings
- Our warmest wishes
2. Appropriate pictures
Do you want a graphic designer to create your cards or are you able to create your own cards on the computer? Then, we have a few sources here, where you can find appropriate pictures or graphics to decorate your cards.
Please be aware that you cannot readily use pictures that you find online. The resolution is usually not sufficient for printing pictures and you do not have the utilization rights to the image material. You may be issued a warning for the use and need to pay a fine if used without permission.
3. Templates for ready-made cards
If you are looking for a ready-made card to print locally on your office computer, we have also found something for you. For a small amount of money, you can buy professionally designed cards and you can even insert your logo.
4. Arrange for completely finished printing
If none of the above suggestions is for you, you can also have customized cards printed for you by one of the following providers, with everything in professional quality and with your personal imprint.
5. And don’t forget
Inform your patients and partners about your opening hours during the holidays. This information can be conveniently printed on the back of the card, or just to make sure, you can send an e-mail to your patients, if you have the e-mail addresses available.
